FuDing White Tea
Fuding white tea has a long history dating back to the Sui and Tang dynasties. The production only involves withering and drying without frying or kneading to preserve its natural flavor. It features silver - white buds and a clear apricot - yellow tea soup with a refreshing and mellow taste. Research shows it's rich in tea polyphenols, with catechin content about 12% and flavonoids over 2%. 2. White Peony Tea - It is made from one bud and one or two leaves. It has a shape like peony petals, with colors such as silver - white, emerald - green, and gray - brown. 3. Gongmei Tea - The raw materials are picked from the relatively mature buds and leaves of the tea tree. It is similar to Bai Mudan, but the proportion of buds and leaves is lower.
